At present, a total of 1092 goods from around the world have been inscribed on the World Heritage List, of which 845 are cultural goods, 209 natural goods and 38 mixed goods.

Mexico is the fourth country with the highest number of cities inscribed on the Heritage List: it currently has ten cities, only five fewer than Italy and Spain (15) and two fewer than France (12).
