Puebla has a great variety of local crafts. One of the oldest crafts, with more than 150 years of tradition is the Talavera earthenware. Another tradition is blown glass, a work of difficult elaboration. Finally the pottery, red pottery is used for the preparation of kitchen utensils such as pots of various sizes.
