Built at the end of the 19th century. The first zarzuela in the region was staged here. Built in the European style, because of the importance that Porfirio Díaz himself gave to the city, in combination with the local architecture, it presents glimpses of art nouveau, art deco, and the functionalism of the early 20th century. It has semicircular arches that decorate its façade and main entrance, in a cream tonality and touches of dark wood. Inside we can admire some works by contemporary painters of the city as well as its stained-glass marvel in the central part of the entrance to the enclosure.
